The vibe is super relaxed. It is perfect for getting some work done or catching up with friends. I loved the mix of rustic wood and that cool mural on the wall. It gives the place a creative, artsy feel without trying too hard.

I love this café! It’s connected to Urban Climb but *I* stumbled upon the cafe because someone started a twice-monthly Crafternoon thing at the café (4-6pm, first & 3rd Tuesdays of the month, at the long table). The staff are always genuinely lovely (neither superficially gushy, nor coldly too busy to “see” you). The coffee is perfect; the food (I’ve tried 3 different things so far) is delicious and healthy. The atmosphere/ decor etc is … hmm, “urban”, yet roomy, chill, and quietly friendly (in the colder weeks there was a basket of lap-throw blankets with a hand-written sign inviting customers to help themselves if needing some cosy warmth while enjoying a coffee [or words to that effect, only sweeter! ]).

It is always difficult to find a place to have coffee in Brisbane after 2pm. But after surcing for a while, a friend and I found Urban Climb. This is a unique place that is a Coffee shop, Bar, and Climbing centre. So you are able to watch people climbing, while you are enjoying your afternoon coffee. I will be telling people about this place, so they have a place to enjoy coffee later in the day, and for the unique atmosphere

Had a strong flat white and a slice of banana bread. both really hit the spot. Service was low-key and warm, just how I like it. Good value considering the quality and West End vibe. The space felt relaxed and tidy too. Definitely one to keep on the rotation for casual coffee catch-ups.

Yesterday, I visited this coffee shop and enjoyed a flat white and banana bread. The flat white was well-made, but I was disappointed that single-origin coffee beans were not available for espresso, as only a blend was offered. The banana bread was decent, but it was served pre-cut and roasted with butter applied directly. I believe the butter should be served on the side for a better experience. The music was a significant issue, as it was excessively loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. We requested the volume be lowered twice and were even asked to change our seats, but the problem persisted. On a positive note, the extended opening hours are a great advantage, especially compared to the typical coffee market in Australia. The atmosphere is pleasant overall, and with a few adjustments, this coffee shop could truly deserve a 5-star rating. I look forward to visiting again, hoping to find single-origin espresso options and a more subdued music volume. Note: The team reached out to me after my feedback and assured me that the issue with the loud music has been resolved. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to improving the customer experience. Thank you, Ziyad
